Louisville has been honored as the most obscene city in the US, based on Google searches for George Carlin’s seven words you can’t say on TV. However, Fox 41 covered this story as if it had something to do with Louisville having lots of pedophiles (not that one can rely on anything related to Fox News for good information). Then ROCK heard about it and bemoaned the news—through commenting back and forth with the ROCK blogger, we’ve learned that they don’t believe the burden of proof is on them. Unsurprising, but, even though it is up to them to produce some actual evidence of their claims, PAPER’s site is filled with facts and information that validate sex-positive values that you can use to fight sex-negativity.
Also let it be noted that Louisville has earned this recognition for obscenity after ROCK has helped reduce the number of sex businesses in the area from over 200 to 67, which is an altogether inconvenient correlation for their cause.
