Town of Clarksville vs. Josh Janzten (Theatair X) will be heard by Washington County Circuit Court Judge Robert Bennett on Tuesday, Oct. 20th, at 1:30 p.m. This hearing will address Theatair X’s motion to dismiss the Oct. 3, 2008 citation issued for being open for 24 hours and the additional 4 citations issued May 14th after the WAVE 3 investigative report on Theatair X.

Theatair X’s defense seems to center on proving the Clarksville ordinance on adult businesesses unconstitutional. We will, of course, continue to keep a careful eye on this.
